Product Summary

The KR9600-PRO is a keyboard encoder that contains all the logic necessary to debounce and ancode SPST key-swithes into a fully decoded data output of up to 10 bits. The KR9600-PRO contains a 3600 bit ROM, 9 stage and 10 stage ring counters, a 10 bit comparator, timing circuitry, a 90 bit memory to store the location of encoded keys for N key rollover operation, an externally controllable delay network for eliminating the effect of contact bounce, an output data buffer and TTL compatible output drivers.

Parametrics

KR9600-PRO absolute maximum ratings: (1)operating temperature range: 0 to 70℃; (2)storage temperature range: -55 to 150℃; (3)lead temperature (soldering, 10 sec): 325℃; (4)positive voltage on any pin, with respect to ground: 8.0V; (5)negative voltage on any pin, with respect to ground: -0.3V.
